Mr. Money (com.mrmoneyapp.app), published by Swapnil Prakash
Chaudhari. Two ways to delete everything we hold. Both are permanent.
In the app — instant
→Open Settings in the app.
→Tap Delete my data, then confirm.
→Everything below is erased from our servers immediately, and your access token stops working. There is no recovery and no waiting period.
If you already uninstalled — by email
Mr. Money has no sign-up, so we have no email address or phone number to
look you up by. Your account is identified only by a random id. To have it deleted:
→Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Mr. Money account.
→Include your account id — the 8-character code shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen (account 1a2b3c4d).
·If you uninstalled without noting the id, we cannot identify your record. Reinstalling creates a new, empty account — it does not reach the old one. Reading the id from Settings before you uninstall is the only reliable route.
We action these within 30 days of receiving them.
What gets deleted
Every record tied to your account id, in one operation:
→Transactions, meals and logged items
→Assistant chat history and everything the assistant remembered about you
→Recurring entries, events, goals, assets, budget and watchlist
→Any linked sign-in identity, and the account record itself
Nothing is retained afterwards and nothing is kept in backup for later
restoration. Server request logs, which contain no account content, roll off
automatically within 30 days.
What never reached us
·SMS message bodies and OTPs are read and parsed on your device only. They are never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
·We hold no bank credentials, because the app never asks for any.
